This week was the same week as the other ones. I had a good week and was just assigned work and got it done in a certain time. My evaluation was good for the most part. One area I do need to improve in is organization. It is not that bad, but, It is my worse category. One area that I am strong in is the work efficiency. When I am given work, I give it 100 percent my best work and make sure it is done in the least amount of time. I am happy with my evaluation. |

This week was the same as any other week. I am getting better at what I am doing because this job is very continuous. Which is bitter sweet because I don't like change, but doing the same thing over and over sometimes is getting a little boring. But I don't mind it because I go there, know what I'm supposed to do, and get it done as efficiently as I can. Also if I do need to learn something new, they can show me once or twice and thats all I need to continue working on it. I don't need extensive hand holding of shown something new. So thats why I relate to the autonomous trait the most. Once I am shown a task, I will get it. I might be a little slow at first, but you know practice makes perfect.
This week was a slow, but an exciting week. I took off Thursday and worked Friday instead because I had to watch my sister. It was a great, energetic week for me I felt. My sleep was great and I was in a good mood all around. I put good work into my projects and tried not to procrastinate as much. My schedule is great but sometimes traffic can catch you and make you 5 minutes late sometimes but what can you do. They understand, they are pretty leniant with that stuff and I love it.
A task that I have really bad habit controlling is my procrastinating and wasting time. It is hard not to but I do my best. One way I try to control that is to chew gum so I am doing something that isn't that time wasting. Or just do anything that won't affect my work ethic. One second Ill be typing an article on here then the next I will be looking up kittens falling out of a chair. It confuses me how easily I do that frequently. This week was a good work week. I was energized every day and adapting to the schedule of work. I learned how to work the phones and answer calls. I am getting more comfortable with all of the people and finally learning everyones name there. They are getting more comfortable around me. Going from working at a cemetery then working at desk, It is a change that is weird do adapt to. But I'm getting there. The cemetery you are moving and doing manual labor, this is different. I sit at a desk and go around once in a while. But if I were to change anything about my new environment, is the fact that I barely move and I end up getting tired. It needs to be more up beat with music. But I do like it a lot and the people are great, if that weren't the case, I would despised going there.
This week was an exciting week as well. I get there, they give me a task or a project to complete for them, and I do it as well as I can. Me asking for help is getting less and less as I learn how to do the task and use the web tools I am given. I am talking to my co workers a lot more and bonding over things like hockey and stuff in the real world. I am liking my job as a Co-op more and more every week.
In a day that I won the powerball, I would do as much as a can to make sure that last my family from generations and generations to come, I would donate 5-10 million to a good cause and with the rest, I have things planned. I wouldn't buy a mansion, I would live a casual life style and buy a nice sized house. But, I would continue to work by opening my own restaurant chain and make money off those and work there for life. That would cover a lot and the money will be there for my family when they need it. But in this point in time, I would buy a used chevy cruze. they are great cars and aren't too expansive. I never won the lottery but if I ever did, I would try to do that. |
